Payment policy
All orders are required to be paid for in full to include shipping costs prior processing.
We accept all major Credit / Debit Cards and are processed by Wix payments.
SHIPPING POLICY
At checkout, simply enter your delivery address, and our third-party shipping partner will calculate the most affordable shipping rates through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We also offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for customers a 15-mile radius of Woodstock, CT. Since your dog's food is prepared fresh, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery. If you need your order sooner, an expedited shipping option for $20 is available at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your order! Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on fresh food sales. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and should be via email to kneill@nellisdelicacy.com. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at kneill@nellisdelicacy.com or by phone at (508)-873-3730 within 2 days of placing your order.
